Please Read: Not just a review about a company but a person. My family had a blow out on our boat trailer and were stuck at a dangerous intersection on the highway. After nearly 4 hours of exhausting every road side assistance package (Ford, Progressive and BoatUS) and calling every trailer repair in town, we had all but given up. A man then pulled up and offered to help. He said he had a marine sales and service center just up the road. He took us to his store (they were actually closed at the time) where he pulled out two brand new tires sold them to me at a very fair price. Then followed me back to my truck with some tools and changed the tires for me. See, he didn't do this because he needed to sell some tires. He stopped and helped my family out of kindness. This says something about his and his companies ethics. I don't know what we'd have done had he not shown up. Thank you again Douglas. Sincerely, The ONeil family

Called this morning to inquire about service - talked to Tim. From the moment he answered the phone, he was very polite, informative and concerned with my issue. Talked me through the whole process, gave me different options and even told me to go ahead and bring my boat down today to be looked at. Spectacular customer service and I haven't even received service (yet), but I am certain it will be no less than spectacular itself!

Called Tim, he said no worry and brought the boat to my house. Can not say any more. I have several dealership closer but with the best price, over the top staff and customer service it well worth the drive to SMI Marine. If your looking for a boat this is a place to certainly check out.

Bought a new Lowe Stinger 175 here and I can't recommend them enough. Tim answered all my questions, not to mention my countless emails as my boat was being built. Just an overall great experience.

I am a small guy that has never had alot of money to spend on my boats. SMI has never made me feel that way, infact they treat me as if I am a VIP. I can only imagine how they treat the average Joe or rich man. Only thing I can say is everybody must be a VIP at MSI.

Everybody I dealt with was great. Smooth transaction. I felt like this should be the model for how you treat customers. I will first consider them for any future marine needs.
Picked up my boat from SMI marine today, I was very pleased with the service I received from these guys. Very happy with my boat and would recommend anyone to do business here!
